Our Policies Liability: Signs One Hour By Design, Inc. is not liable for any sign(s) damages. This includes consequential, special, incidental, punitive, and contingent damages due by any nature. Signs One Hour By Design, Inc. will not be liable any interruption of operations, loss of anticipated profits, and injury to business or reputation. Signs One Hour By Design, Inc.’s liability is limited to the purchase price.
Warranty: Some of our signs have a limited warranty. Our warranty does not include damages caused by the client.
Damage Claims: Claims for breakage and/or damages due by either concealed or obvious causes are to be made no later than 3 days after the purchased date. After the 3 days and the client has not reported the breakage and/or damages of the sign(s) they should waive the claims.
Waivers: Once layout has been approved and looked over by the client, the mistakes unlooked by the client will not be our responsibility because they approved it. Although, we will design the layout as accurate as possible. Mistakes do occur so check it correctly.
Terms and Conditions: Signs One Hour By Design, Inc. requires a 50% deposit when job is ordered. Deposits are non-refundable because the job is started within the hour and confirmations were made. The remaining balance is due upon pick-up or delivery; unless any other arrangements are made with Signs One Hour By Design, Inc. If arrangements are not met by the client, any balances due over a certain amount of time will accrue interest, plus the applicable sales tax are additional. In failure to abide by theses terms and conditions, Signs One Hour By Design, Inc. will take the legal action necessary. Satisfaction by both parties is critical.
Guidelines Job Order Process: 1) Place order by walk-ins, Phone, Fax, and or E-mail. 2) Discuss changes and pricing. 3) Confirmations are made. 4) Job is started. 5) Job is done on the date that both parties agreed upon.
Questions To Keep In Mind: What purpose is the sign for? What is the quantity needed? How many colors will you want? Will you want a logo and/or picture(s)? Sizes of everything? What type of material? How long would you use it? Do you already have all the permits necessary? When is the sign needed? Is installation necessary? How much are you willing to spend? How or where do you want the sign to go?
Submitting Artwork When submitting art work you can do it by: E-mail - jonathan@signs1hour.com (PC format) CD (PC format) USB Memory stick (PC format) 3 _ floppy disk (PC format) The resolution should be at least 150 dpi or with a maximum of 300 dpi. Signs One Hour By Design, Inc. works with any vector files which are: EPS, AI, PDF This is so you can have the best quality output while maintaining the smallest file size. This outputs sharp crisp clean lines for your signs without distortions. Unfortunately, some jobs will require computer time that comes with a fee. For graphics that can be digitally printed we work with: .JPG, .BMP, .TIF, .GIF Layouts: Colors are important to. We work with the PANTONE Matching guide. If you have a specific job that has to match to the existing color, you are recommended to use the PANTONE Matching System. This is because different companies interpret color values differently. This would help both parties because our client will have the precise color needed and Signs One Hour By Design, Inc. will be able to match the color correctly. Fonts are another important factor. Make sure you are specific with the type of font you are requesting. Make notes so we can duplicate the right fonts for you layouts. Also, if you have a specific TTF file, please send it in with your request. By keeping this all in mind, we can produce the appropriate layout with the accurate color, fonts, and images, which will make the discussing process easy and fast for confirmation. We would be able to give the accurate quote possible and our expert advice that is most beneficial to your needs.
